The BOOST Exercise Plan is a 6-week, ON-DEMAND exercise plan specifically designed for high risk pregnancy patients!
The high-risk pregnancy experience can sometimes trigger feelings of stress and anxiety and that’s exactly why I created this plan to combat those negative feelings! My program uses safe and effective exercises to BOOST your mood and promote a healthy pregnancy, baby, labor and delivery.
*Minimal equipment (ankle weights; dumbbells or resistance bands, yoga mat) is required to participate.

*All participants must receive medical clearance from their doctor and sign an informed consent waiver before beginning the program!
-(2) weekly ON-DEMAND Strength Training Circuits- (Approximately 40 min & includes written directions and video demonstrations with voice-over)
-Cardio Strategy
-Weekly stretch sessions with Denise (Approximately 30 min on-demand recording)
-Guidance, support, encouragement and accountability via the fitness app messaging feature
